The location was excellent, the staff were professional and friendly, the restaurant food was affordable and tasty, and the budget room was modest but clean and comfortable with a great shower; I loved the rooftop patio with a priceless view of the mosque and cathedral and spent several evenings there. The room was very basic and dated, so a slight upgrade would make it even better.

We picked this place because it sits directly opposite Córdoba’s UNESCO‑listed mosque, and the medieval buildings spread over several patios give it a charming, traditional feel; as expected in such a popular spot, the courtyards were noisy from the busy streets, yet the location and city beauty remained outstanding and we’d gladly come back, even though the plumbing was poor and the rooms feel cramped.
