We absolutely loved it; the staff upgraded us to a villa, which was a huge surprise. The villa was huge with a private pool. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, so we couldn't try many of the facilities 😅. I hope next time I can upgrade to a villa again.

After visiting this hotel, I imagined it alongside resort hotels in other countries, and it outshone all the ones I’d seen before. The grounds are spotless, the pools crystal clear, and the beach offers every amenity imaginable. Breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff greet you with smiles. The “chocolate hour” from 3:00 to 4:00 PM changes the mood entirely. I think this is one of the best family vacation hotels. Everything was great — no complaints.

The resort’s location is beautiful with a nice beach road, and it’s easy to get there from the airport. It’s the most child‑friendly resort I’ve ever stayed at. Service was slow, the room wasn’t cleaned by the end of the morning, and the food wasn’t varied.

The buffet was good and the staff at the Panorama Restaurant, especially shift coordinator Nhii Tran, were helpful. Breakfast was too crowded. The fact that the sofa can only be used as a bed for an extra fee was not mentioned on the information page; when I asked, the hotel said that info is on their website. I don’t book directly but through a third party, so the miscommunication is unclear—who is responsible? In the end, the hotel waived the sofa‑as‑bed fee for us, but the frustration over the lack of communication still lingers.

The villa was clean and comfortable. Staff hospitality was excellent. It’s perfect for families with small children who want to relax.
