A charming boutique hotel with wonderful service. The location is excellent—everything is close, yet it’s a bit removed from the tourist‑crowded streets. The breakfasts are tasty and varied, and the heating works well. The downside is that the hotel doesn’t give guests a key for the main doors, which can be locked both during the day and at night, making it stressful if you need to leave for a bus, flight, or meeting at a specific time.

The place is very safe, and the area has iconic spots nearby. The staff are extremely attentive.
The location was good, there was an elevator and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast was one‑sided and the three‑layer duvet kept sliding onto each other during the night.

The breakfast is a bit limited, but the attentive service makes up for it. The towels could use a refresh—they’re a little worn.

The staff were very kind. My suitcase wouldn’t open, but they fixed it. Later, when I ran out of local currency, a staff member kindly exchanged money out of her own pocket. Thank you. The only complaint: there was no elevator.
