“Very nice, comfortable, and clean! Good happy hour and buffet.”
This Embassy Suites was very nice. I always enjoy the complimentary drinks during happy hour, and the breakfast buffet was good, though some items weren’t restocked quickly. A special shout‑out to the staff! I accidentally left my prescription medications in the room, called the hotel, and they kept them in lost‑and‑found. I sent a shipping label and they mailed them back to me, which I really appreciated. The only downside was a $17 per night parking charge that wasn’t mentioned in the description or by the receptionist at check‑in; I was surprised to see it on my credit card after my stay.
“Monet- looks nice but not what it seems.”
The omelet station and breakfast were great, but the check‑in person was extremely rude and wouldn’t give us extra towels even though we were four. They also ignored that I was a rewards member, so I missed my points and any extras. The room was dirty and not stocked, and the pool was closed by the time we arrived.
I was charged twice and they wouldn’t do anything about it, so I had to involve my bank and I’m still waiting to get my money back!
I liked the cleanliness and the free perks, but I was upset about being charged for parking my truck because of a false claim that walking into the building automatically shows a sign—no sign was visible, yet I was charged for parking even though I was already booked. That’s disappointing, and I won’t stay at Embassy Suites again.
“My stay was excellent this location will forever be my choice.”
