The lift made it easy to reach the room. I missed the friendly staff who were not available when we arrived, but they kindly arranged for us to pick up the key.

Comfortable and centrally located.

Quiet, convenient, and roomy. There was no dish cloth, tea towel, or dish liquid.

The location was convenient, right next to a service station, and it was in a quiet area away from Bendigo’s centre. It was also nice to park the car under cover. The spa bath was a welcome addition, and the bed was very comfy. The contactless check‑in was a bit difficult because the woman was hard to understand, but it worked out fine. Everything else went smoothly!

Great value and perfect for families! We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Inn Bendigo. The rooms are generously sized and comfortable for a family. Plenty of convenient on-site parking made unpacking easy. Excellent value for money—we would definitely stay again!. The pool area looked unclean and out of service (appeared to be under maintenance)
