The room was advertised as having a hot tub, yet it only had a Jacuzzi, which isn’t the same; when I tried to book an extra night, the clerk told me I could only do it online, not in person.

The location was convenient and the evening staff were very friendly, but the no‑smoking rule was ignored: our room had a strong smoke smell, gave me a headache, and when we mentioned the obvious prior smoke to the morning desk we felt like we wasted our time.

The receptionist was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, the Mexican “Cantina” we walked to served great food, we enjoyed the hot tub, and the breakfast was outstanding.
