The view, the owners were sweet, it was clean, the kitchen was convenient for cooking. Note that there are rooms with a shared kitchen, and the family room has a kitchen inside. We accidentally booked a shared‑kitchen room, but when we arrived there was a free family room and they arranged it for us. It was great! There was a problem with the hot water; it wasn’t hot enough and some of the time it didn’t work.

Kitchen with washing machine. Spacious room, well furnished. Comfortable bed. Large balcony with a small clothes rack and a view of the city and mountains. The room was a bit cold.

The host was incredibly kind and always reachable ❤️, the apartment was spotless, and the view of Borjomi city was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the shared kitchen had a usable washing machine. Outside, there was a garden with a table tennis table, a hammock, and more. Unfortunately, the bathroom lacked a shower curtain, so the shower flooded the whole room. It’s a bit further out, but that wasn’t a problem for us (I didn’t notice it when booking).

The place was very beautifully furnished and the bathroom was amazing. It was also very, very nicely priced.
