“Stay was excellent”
The location and staff were great, but there was an air freshener scent in the upper level.

The only bright spot was that laundry was free. When I checked into the first room I found water leaking onto the floor and into the carpet, so I went straight to the front desk. I was then moved to another first‑floor room, which immediately smelled awful – stale and just terrible. Something had apparently happened to the ceiling, as it was patched up, and there was hair in the sink. The room next to me was noisy. I didn’t sleep at all. The front desk was told about both problems, and all I received was a simple “I’m sorry.”

The room was very comfortable, with a good bed, good lighting, a freezer, USB ports, and a hot shower; the food and drinks available for purchase were fairly priced, but there was no smart TV and a strange smell lingered in the first‑floor hallway.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean and safe, and I had no complaints.

The bed was comfy, the pool was clean, the AC worked well, and it was great to have laundry facilities on site; we liked everything.
