I was disappointed because the hotel looked nothing like the photos online; the rooms didn’t match the pictures, and the only staff member was the receptionist who often seemed unfriendly—when I asked for extra towels, they wouldn’t give me more than one per day.

The staff—starting with the receptionist—were great and cleaned the room daily, though sometimes the hot tub water ran out, otherwise everything was perfect.
