The boutique is spotless and the guys are incredibly courteous, helping you right from the first contact; the room feels huge, the beds are very comfy, there’s a fridge for anything you want to store and a coffee maker that will gladly give you a second pot if you ask, the bathroom is spacious and clean though the mirror sits so high that, at my 1.65 m, I can’t see my face, the water isn’t hot but it’s fine for the climate, there’s no noise—just the sea outside, and the large window lets in perfect light, you can watch the ocean’s show without stepping onto it; a tiny beach lies a few metres away, though it wasn’t my thing, the hotel sits in San Luis, far from downtown and the main beaches, so you’ll need a motorbike (Eusebio +57 316 0427623 is a highly recommended guide), bus, taxi or any rental you prefer; it’s close to the peaceful “charquitos” and the Rocky Cay area, both quiet spots where you can also buy lunch and other things.
