“Delusa dal servizio:camera mai pulita in 3 giorni”

The only thing that mattered was the area near the center of Noto. I stayed at this B&B from 11 to 14 August and unfortunately the experience left me very disappointed. The room itself was nice, but for me that was unacceptable: during the three‑day stay the room was never cleaned, and the towels were never changed. I wasn’t asking for luxury, but the minimum standard for a hospitality establishment is to rearrange and clean the bathroom during the stay, not just at departure. Unfortunately I cannot consider myself satisfied and I would not return.

“Nice place, but poor air condition”

Very close to the city center, clean, comfortable beds, and an external kitchen. The air conditioner in room 202 wasn’t powerful enough; 45 °C outside, 30 °C inside. Moreover, you can’t leave the air conditioner on while you’re out, because the electricity is controlled by a single key that the owner locked to the room keys (see photo below). It was difficult to truly enjoy the stay, but that shouldn’t detract from the beauty of the place.

The place is clean and welcoming, and it sits close to the historic center.

The apartment is tidy and the spot is great for parking and getting to the historic center; it’s not very cool, but the air conditioning keeps the summer heat in check.

I recently stayed with friends at Casa Nilla and it was a pleasant experience; the location is very convenient, just a few steps from Noto’s historic center, and I especially appreciate how clean the rooms are and how helpful the owners are—highly recommended.
