The staff did not answer my call when I arrived. I got to Bishkek around 10 pm, stranded at their place, with no calls or messages. I wouldn’t recommend it. I didn’t stay there because they had accepted my arrival time request but nobody was around when I arrived. I tried calling on WhatsApp and messaging them, and in the end I had to go to a different hostel at midnight.
