I could move around freely during my stay, but the stairs were a hassle because there was no handrail.

The nightly rate was a great deal; I’d never gotten an entire room for that price before, and Minato Station was only 3.4 minutes away with a store right across the street, which saved me a lot of walking in the heat. There were also izakayas near the station where I could enjoy Indian‑Nepalese dishes and the Friday‑service restaurant. Getting to the conference venue was confusing because of many transfers; some express trains didn’t stop, and without local knowledge I wasn’t sure which direction to take, which meant I missed chances to mingle with other attendees. A handrail on the stairs would have made me feel safer.

Everything was clean and easy to use, and the room was quiet and comfortable. Although I stayed in a single, there was a table which was handy. The shared shower stocked shampoo and other toiletries, which I appreciated, and there was a water dispenser that was a relief in the hot summer. The location was right next to the station, and I’d stay again if I get the chance. The only drawback was that Minato Station was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was fine.

The room was clean and tidy. I checked in a little late.
