We got a bit lost at first, but the staff gave us directions on how to get there. The navigation was confusing because the last stretch isn’t a paved road and it was muddy. The accommodation is very nice with sea and forest views. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was fine. Everything was clean and new. Our room had a terrace, which was great for a night out after the road. The beds were excellent. Parking was behind the gate from which we received the key fob. The owners were friendly and even showed us the nearest grocery store; the gentleman had no trouble getting into the car and we followed him to shop, then returned together. Thanks. The breakfasts were sufficient, both salty and sweet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is small but freshly renovated, has everything you need, and the beds were good. Overall, it’s very inexpensive. The accommodation is quite far above the coast. In the town of Filadelfia we had a hard time finding a restaurant for dinner at the end of September. The breakfast is very simple.

The tranquility, the large internal parking, and the splendid view from the breakfast room were great. The internet didn’t work due to a fault.

The location offers a view of the mountain and sea. The entire interior of the house is very new and renovated. Two incidents occurred, but Carlos (the host) handled them very well. Pets are allowed. The last one hundred meters of the entrance are not paved or repaired, with many deep potholes. The bathroom is spacious but impractical because there are no towel hooks. Breakfast is unprofessional because the cold cuts were not refrigerated outdoors. There’s an abandoned house next door. The garden needs maintenance and cleaning. The host was not up to the task when breakfast products were missing. Kitchenware was cleaned without soap or a scrubber. There are supplements for using the kitchen or the washing machine.

“Soggiorno piacevole”

I was only there for a few days, but the stay was overall very satisfying and comfortable. The owner was always caring and available. There is full freedom to enter and exit at any time, and the large internal spaces help maintain privacy among guests. The property is ideal for a completely peaceful stay away from the typical holiday bustle. There were a few Wi‑Fi issues on arrival, but the owner handled them calmly. The place is very large, but it feels isolated and far from the town, making a car essential. For those not from the area, I suggest a vehicle in perfect mechanical condition because the whole area is characterized by steep curves and turns; the distances to nearby points of interest are not negligible.
