A lovely, compact hotel with stunning views and classic Austrian design, offering a cozy, relaxed vibe. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the breakfasts were simply amazing—tasty with a wide variety of food and drinks. However, the parking situation turned out to be a huge let‑down. When we checked in we asked about parking; an older lady handed us the key for the underground garage and assured us that a spot with the corresponding number was reserved for us. Imagine our shock when, after returning from the waterfall, we found that spot taken. We told the lady, and she told us to find another spot. We ended up parking in the only free space, which was very uncomfortable. The staff’s attitude afterward was somewhat reserved and unfriendly, leaving our long‑awaited Tyrolean weekend with only an unpleasant aftertaste.

The place was a real chill spot – great location, staff on point, and the sauna and wellness area were exactly what I needed. The only hiccup was the room: the mattress was a bit flat, the TV could have had app access, and the bathroom was cramped with a leaky shower seal.
