The hotel is close to the city center and the room was clean, but the prices are high, even compared to average Icelandic rates, and the place can get a bit noisy because of guests in nearby rooms; finding a taxi to the airport was also difficult.

Nothing in particular. 1. Our roo.s were in the lower floor were there was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy luggages down and up the stairs. 2. There was no one on site. 3. The room was zo small that we couldn't open a suitcase. 4. The sink was so small that it was hard to use

The location is close to the airport, but the entrance door was left open (security issue), there was no shower handle, and after my partner’s late arrival at 21:00 there was no hot water left for the shower.

The city is convenient for the airport, but the room was very uncomfortable and smelled bad; there was no proper shower—just a curtain separating the water area from the rest of the room, the tap was outside the bathroom, and the sink was tiny.
