Everything was excellent—staff, service, attractions, food, spa, massage, and all the options were high‑level, especially for kids who were treated wonderfully and politely. When my baby ran out of milk at 12 pm that night, I asked in the lobby and within 10 minutes they brought me the milk; this hotel really justifies the price!

“Friendly Staff, Needs a Bit of TLC”
The staff were super friendly, and the room was spotless. Unfortunately, we were greeted by a chilly room, a noisy air conditioner blasting right onto the bed, and some pretty uncomfortable pillows. It was a shame, because with a bit of tweaking, this place could be great.

The room was clean, but there was no bellboy at reception, housekeeping entered the room without asking, breakfast ended far too early – something I’ve never seen in a resort before – and the water‑park had only one slide, which we couldn’t use because of a youth group’s activity.
My child suffered a severe allergic reaction to the chlorine in the pool; at age 4, it was the first time this had happened, even after visiting about 50 pools. Be aware that you might get a headache afterward. We spent over 200 € on treatment two days later, yet this so‑called “luxury hotel” had no medical staff at all! There was nothing worth bragging about: the five‑star rating was a joke, the restaurant was too expensive, the room was plain and even lacked a bathtub, which made me feel claustrophobic. Breakfast was bland, fruit-free, and the restaurant food was overpriced for nothing. A full parody; I should have taken them to Bulgaria to see what a five‑star hotel really means and why we pay 500 € for four nights. They would have certainly lost their reputation!
