“Spokojne miejsce zdala od miasta”
The hotel was cozy and quiet with apartment-style rooms, plenty of lounge chairs, and a very good restaurant, but the kitchen equipment was poorly equipped.
“Een verblijf dat helaas vooral werd gekenmerkt door teleurstelling, gebrekkige service en een kwaliteit die ver onder de”
Honestly, I can’t think of anything positive about my stay. The accommodation fell short on several essential points. Given the high price, poor service, limited cleaning and towel service, long wait times, and even the lack of hot water, it’s hard to find anything good. My expectations were not met at all. There were several serious issues: the price is not justified by the service and quality offered. The breakfast at 850 TL per day offers almost no variety, restaurant wait times are too long, and staff often seem unmotivated. It’s unacceptable that there’s no towel service at the pool, and towels in the room and the room itself are only replaced every three days. The lack of suitable outlets for international guests is very inconvenient. A major problem was the absence of hot water because the boiler wasn’t turned on—a basic amenity that should be available. All these points together made my stay very disappointing. For a property in this price range I expected far better service, hygiene, organization, and attention to guests’ needs.
“price performance was adequate but the pool”
The pool was a letdown, with bees, flies and other insects constantly floating in the water, indicating the filtration and cleaning system was not up to par. Those insects stayed for long periods and the staff didn't remove them regularly, making the pool unpleasant to use. Even worse, a metal handrail leading into the pool had become loose because its fixing bolts had come out, creating a serious safety risk, especially for children and elderly guests. It took about three days before the handrail was repaired, during which time guests continued to use the damaged rail. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better maintenance and a quicker response to safety concerns. While other parts of the stay were enjoyable, these issues should not be ignored and need to be addressed.
“A very disappointing experience, especially for €162 per night. I would not recommend this place.”
The pool was great, yet there were no towels for it. The room wasn’t very clean, showing marks and stains on the walls. Kitchenware was in bad shape, and the toaster was extremely dirty. There was no sponge, dishwashing liquid, tissues, or paper towels, and only two small water bottles were in the fridge. An ironing board was present but no iron, and there was no drying rack for clothes. Breakfast was the cheapest menu option: one egg, one slice of bacon, three pieces of cheese, bread, butter, and tea, with no coffee. No breakfast was offered to our child. Restaurant prices were high; we paid €50 for two salads, dumplings from the kids’ menu, two lemonades, water, and an Americano. Parking was a mess—I had to drive around the block twice before finding a spot on the side of the road. The staff seemed indifferent and uncaring.
We ran into trouble trying to get a shade umbrella by the pool; when we asked the front desk for help, they told us nothing would be available. There were plenty of umbrellas nearby, but none were actually there. In the heat, it was annoying that other guests had to fight over the few umbrellas that were missing.
