Everything was beautiful and organized, the hotel was spotless, staff efficient, polite and quick. Breakfast was delicious. I celebrated my birthday there and received chocolates, cake, flowers, and even a pillow with “Happy Birthday” on it. Thanks! The location is fantastic, close to the Capela da Medalha de Nossa Senhora das Graças da Medalha Milagrosa with daily masses. I liked everything, just wish someone spoke Portuguese or Spanish.

The hotel sits in a great spot close to Le Bon Marche and convenient for travelers, but the ceiling is too low and the room feels too dark.
