The spot is spot-on—close enough to town to stroll to most places, but far enough from the center to dodge the crowds, and it’s a fantastic spot to catch the morning balloon flight. The hotel’s design and layout feel very pleasant, and everyone from the staff is friendly, respectful, and helpful. The breakfast was decent, though it could use a few more vegan and non‑dairy choices.

The friendly dogs and cats were so soothing, and the owner was incredibly kind. From the terrace, I could see plenty of balloons. I stayed two nights, but the bath towel never got changed.

The location is great, the room is very beautiful and clean with a stunning balcony overlooking the hot air balloons, and the staff were extremely kind and met all our needs.

The balloons are clearly visible from the accommodation, the location is good, and the slope is worth climbing. The staff are friendly and breakfast is tasty.

The spot was excellent, the staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and the balcony offered an amazing view of balloons. The room was well sized, very clean, and had a modern vibe while still delivering that cave feel. I’d recommend the concept cave suites to anyone.
