The room was spacious and tidy. It took a moment to get used to the shared bathroom, but it was very quiet and I didn’t run into other guests. The bathroom and the whole building look very nice and modern. It sits in a good location in Heimbach, right above a delicious Italian restaurant called Klein und Fein, which is highly recommended. The price was very reasonable for the quality we received. Keep in mind that the bathroom is shared and others might walk in while you’re drying off or getting dressed, but that’s not a big issue if you’re aware of it beforehand.

“Nette kleine Pension zum günstigen Preis”

The pension has been freshly renovated and the communal bath is very clean and modern. Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free. The value for money is excellent, and the location right in the middle of Heimbach is superb as a starting point for our mountain‑bike tours. There’s a nice pizzeria right in the building. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces, so you have to use the paid parking in town (the fees are reasonable). It’s next to a church, so you had to ignore the bells at 8 am on Saturday to sleep a bit longer.

Klein und Fein is just that – freshly renovated, attractive rooms, and good beds. Naturally, the spa bath isn’t great, but we knew that beforehand.

The location and surroundings are good. The church bells ring every quarter hour, which is extremely loud. There’s only one toilet for five bedrooms.

Schönes Zimmer, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Pizzeria mit Außenbereich m unmittelbarer Nähe. Hellhörigkeit!! Ruhestörung durch Passanten und durch andere Nutzer der Ferienunterkunft, die bis spät in der Nacht ohne Rücksichtnahme eintrafen und das ganze Haus mit Musik und Gegröle aufweckten. Morgens ab 7 Uhr Kirchengeläut, direkt nebenan. Darauf sollte zumindest vorab hingewiesen werden
