I stayed for one night, the room felt cozy, they gave us two bottles of water and a conditioner. The admin prepared breakfast for my safari trip, with onion and tuna sandwiches, water and bananas. We arrived at 2 pm for check‑in and waited about 30 minutes in the courtyard. The floor was dirty in the room; it’s better not to walk in white socks. There were tea bags but no kettle, and the Wi‑Fi had problems until it was connected later in the evening.

The room was very clean and the accommodation was in a quiet location; breakfast included string hoppers with curry, coconut sambol and fresh fruit, which was delicious, though the rooms were a bit small but adequate.

The place was clean, the location was excellent for both Udawalawe park and the main street with restaurants at night. One night here was ideal. The Sri Lankan breakfast was good. I recommend it. The transaction was linked, we also went on a morning safari, the price was the best.

Everything was perfect – this place is a hidden gem! The rooms were super clean with private bathrooms, the air‑con worked great, and the host was fantastic: Thisara was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us a great price on the safari the next day and even arranging beers to be delivered to us in the evening, as well as making us breakfast. Don’t be put off by the low price – this place is genuinely just great value for money 😁 Honestly, nothing. Zero notes.
