“Cost more than it would have to stay at the JW Marriott”

I love the location and the staff is great, but on this visit my card got stuck and they only processed it a day later for 92.99 and 25.00, and I ended up paying 75 cash that night. That added up to an overcharge of 118, and even though they offered me a room for a later date, it was still 43.00 more than it should have been.

The room was disgusting: no towels, roaches everywhere, blood splatter on the shower curtain and wall, and the sink didn’t drain.

“We called booking.com and complained. Asked for a refund. Agent said to call back as they could not get in touch with ma”

Everything was rundown, the pool was closed and had been unused for months, and it was very dirty.

“If you are a germaphobr, do not stay here. Or plan on cleaning the room.”

I liked the location because it’s close to my family, and the staff were super friendly and did their best to meet our needs, but the room had no toilet paper or trash liners, the place was filthy, and the towels were stained as were the sheets with what looked like blood.

“Dirty non-functional roach filled room with almost no parking.”

Not much to say honestly; it was very dirty, the shower wasn’t fully functional, parking was almost nonexistent, and there were live roaches.
