We enjoyed the hotel’s atmosphere, the décor, and the staff’s attention. During our stay, several shortcomings affected comfort and service quality: not enough pillows and bed linens, the heater worked poorly at night, the floor needed better thermal insulation—like a plush or carpeted covering—and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Room A1 had super comfy beds and sheets, and the service was excellent. However, the lobby could be made more comfortable so guests can relax while waiting for a taxi or check‑in.
