The staff were kind and there was a 24h/24 person available. However, soap was unwrapped on the floor in the shower, there was no air‑conditioning on the mattress so the mattress was dirty, there was no outlet in the bathroom, no outlets on either side of the bed, no small trash bin in the bathroom, the bed creaked a lot, the room was not sound‑proof so we heard all conversations and were woken very early.

The room was clean, the staff were very kind and helpful. The place was clean but very old and in need of renovation; the showers were tiny and it was very noisy.

The reservation details were completely off from what we expected. The parking and the room already smelled bad, and the noise—voices, music, shouting—started early in the day, so I won’t even mention the night. If I’d read all the comments, I would never have booked because they’re justified. I stayed less than 15 minutes; my partner had just arrived, we saw the room, and we left immediately, handing back the keys and looking for another hotel to spend our stay.

The welcome was very good, the parking was monitored, and the food dispensers were very convenient. The only downside was a few noisy children in the hotel corridor.
