The hotel was just okay; I was disappointed because I had expected a better place. It felt like a polished turd with many unfinished or poorly done items, and I couldn’t even use the office chair in the room because it was broken—unusable, not just a little broken—and the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly.

The stay was fine, but the eggs tasted like they came from a box.

The location was fine, but the room next to ours had a cat and two dogs that cried and barked all night, with the dogs fighting off and on; I reported the issue early, yet it was never resolved and no alternative room was offered, so bad that I recorded a video; my wife nearly slept in the car; at checkout I spoke to staff but have yet to receive a call from the manager.
