The breakfast was tasty. There was no avocado and no homemade custard.

The swimming pools and restaurants were good. The room and bed were bad, and the TV in the room didn’t work.

The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. I was close to the beach and there were several pools plus a 24‑hour bar. After a few days the all‑inclusive buffet started feeling repetitive, which is normal for that type of package.

The staff were friendly and kind, but the food could have been more varied. A few disappointments, yet the guest relations team made a generous gesture that helped. The hotel’s location isn’t very convenient.

Love love love. Everything. From the food to the staff to the playroom to the whole set up. We traveled with a 7 month old and he loved it just as much as us. This is definitely a hotel that I'd recommend for someone traveling with a baby. It's so easy and comfortable. Ruth and the kids club was also a gem. We went their everyday to play and we're always greeted with a smile. The rooms were clean, neat and they were very accommodating to all our needs. Nothing
