Our 1‑year‑old and 4‑year‑old both had plenty to do and enjoyed themselves, and the selection of board games was great for older kids and families, so we’d definitely bring them back as they grow; on the downside, dropping something under the bed revealed slippers and dust, which was a bit disappointing.

The interior was wonderful and allowed us to relax, and the dining area seemed designed for everyone from babies to adults, which was very nice; unfortunately, a towel in the room had a hair on it.

There were many play areas for kids, but in front of the guest rooms piles of sheets were left, the toilet was clogged, and several spots were messy; the staff seemed understaffed and rushed, giving the dining area a tense vibe, and it was a real let‑down that a property marketed for families didn’t feel welcoming to children.

I liked that the Asoboya could be used the next morning and the standard room felt spacious and comfortable, but the toilet seat cleaner was missing both in the Asoboya and on the first‑floor lobby; even when I went back to the lobby bathroom the following morning, they still hadn’t refilled it.
