I woke up to a decent breakfast, a decent shower, and a room that felt spacious, but the lack of power outlets and reading lamps was a real inconvenience.

The hotel’s location was great and the room was roomy, and the breakfast was good, but during the Paracatu literary festival the place was packed and the few staff couldn’t keep up with replenishing and setting up the tables; the room had many windows, yet the curtains didn’t block out outside light effectively.

I was disappointed by the parking situation because I couldn’t find a spot any day; many spaces were misused and there was no care for how people used them, but the breakfast was nice and the kitchen staff and housekeepers were kind.
