This business hotel was flawless; we were upgraded after a small mix‑up and the new room was ideal—spacious, newly renovated, spotless, and the furniture was comfortable. The on‑site restaurant served a nice breakfast and dinner with fresh food suitable for international guests, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not a 3‑star, it’s definitely a 4‑star at least, so for us it was a 10/10 experience. The only downside was that tissues were missing from the room, and the rule against bringing outside drinks was odd but understandable given the pristine facilities.

The hotel had its good points, but the service was a letdown. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but some issues with the staff made it less enjoyable.

This hotel really stood out in the area, with super helpful staff and amazing food. The buffet service, especially from Ms. Roy and her team, was fantastic.
