Guests stay within 10 minutes of Hunter Valley Gardens, 15 minutes to Pokolbin Village, and 25 minutes to Cypress Lakes Golf. Each air‑conditioned room features a flat‑screen TV, DVD player, en‑suite bath, tea/coffee station, and toaster.

The location was solid, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the continental breakfast was nice; kangaroos popped by at sunrise and sunset. All in all, it was perfect.

The place had a good spot and lovely views, with kangaroos and vineyards nearby, and the nearby restaurant was a plus. However, the building and rooms felt worn and uninviting, so we chose not to stay in that room because it didn’t meet our expectations.
