“Muy cómodo”
The room’s cleanliness, location, and size were all good, but it wasn’t ready at check‑in time and I had to wait an extra hour.

The hotel’s central spot puts all major sights within walking distance, the staff were very friendly, and I’d definitely stay again if I return to Florence.

The location is central, the service is excellent, the rooms are pretty, the breakfast buffet is extensive, and the staff are very nice, but there’s no parking nearby and I couldn’t reach my car during the stay.

I really liked the central location, but the bathroom had a strong mold smell, the ventilation fan didn’t work, there were hair and pet fur left behind, and dust was handled roughly.

I don’t usually leave reviews. FH55 hotel Calzaiuoli deserves my rating. We had such a good experience in terms of cleanliness, staff being nice, amenities (free drinks and refreshments in the afternoon), location and beautiful room. We booked 2 rooms, the triple room and city view. Triple room was beautiful and beyond our expectations. my only concern in the city view room is the bathroom, the shower/ slider doesn’t close and seal properly so it ends up flooding the bathroom floor. Another than that, everything was perfect. More option on breakfast food
