The sauna area and breakfast were good and plentiful, but the indoor pool was cold, the shower in the pool area was broken, the studio we booked turned out to be a large family room with a small balcony that lacked a table, and the room had no chair, glasses, or trash bin; dinner portions were also tiny.

The family suite was gorgeous and the pool area was a real highlight. On the downside, there weren't enough staff on hand, the breakfast spread felt a bit bland, and after a week the dinner menu started to repeat itself.

Loved the area and the staff were all super friendly. The food from the on‑site organic farm was top notch. Definitely planning to come back.

The menu was a total snooze – nothing varied. We were told at check‑in that the bathroom had no light, but no one fixed it. The sofa in the room was dirty and worn out. One night the dinner had no dessert, just soup every evening, and the pot roast was the same every time.

The food was solid and we could order more whenever we wanted. The balcony view was spectacular. Unfortunately, the service staff barely spoke German, and the housekeepers were so stiff they didn’t even greet us in the morning. For a four‑star place, I expected a mini‑fridge in the room – especially in summer.
