“Мы очень благодарны”
They accommodated us in many ways, like arranging three meals because it was a business trip. They set up a screen and ordered a whiteboard just for us in the conference room.

Cleaning was poor, hair remained after tidying. On the second floor corridor near the “restaurant,” some loud women talked and laughed like horses. One day a strong smell of burning leaked into the room, probably from something in the “restaurant.” On the first floor lobby, people were smoking, apparently at the reception, so the room also carried cigarette smoke. Breakfast wasn’t offered daily, which was odd. The staff were not very polite.
“Everything nice and clean only have a little problem with dinner”
We liked it. The dinner was not up to expectations.
