The staff were super pleasant and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was generous. The location is far from everything, surrounded by about fifty buildings that are built but uninhabited, which gives the place a rather unique vibe.

If you arrive early for the shuttle to Halong Bay, this is a good option; you get a room with a view and the staff are friendly and will help you with anything you need. But the Tuan Chaun area is desert‑like and you won’t be able to do anything other than wait for the cruise to start.

I was really impressed and comfortable because the room was spacious, clean, had a sea view, was quiet, and was perfect for resting.

The room was spacious and clean, and the beach was within walking distance. However, the hotel was very noisy during our stay; many children ran around and made a lot of noise, and they were not corrected. Also, karaoke started at 9 am. The breakfast was mostly Vietnamese with few Western options, just a single slice of white bread.
