The lodging by the canal was ideal for exploring the Canal du Midi; it was a bit unconventional but cozy and clean. The only downside was the extreme temperatures—no air conditioning, just a portable unit that wasn’t enough given the weather. Françoise and Alain were lovely. We recommend it for a nice stopover.
