De tudo!! The comfort was excellent, the staff were courteous and attentive, and they made sure we were enjoying the location. Breakfast was simple but offered a variety of fruit and fresh bread. Anyone who loves a hot shower will adore it! 😁

The service and location were good, but the cleaning was lacking, the bath towels were of poor quality, and the breakfast was very simple.

We stayed from 1 to 6 October. The first room we received was on the ground floor, damp, infested with bugs, and the mini‑fridge was full of broken bottles as if it hadn't been cleaned since summer; there was no hair dryer and the door wouldn't lock. After telling the staff we were uncomfortable and wanted to leave, they moved us to room 6 on the first floor with a balcony. The first night was fine, but on the second night hot water stopped. Only two rooms were occupied in the entire hotel. Breakfast was neither excellent nor complete, and the rating on the site had dropped from 9.8 to about 7 when I wrote this review. The facilities need a lot of maintenance: the air conditioning was faulty, and the housekeeping team didn't change the towels; they handed us damp ones that we had used before, just reordered them. The four‑star rating on the site is misleading; it's more like a rundown inn with poor upkeep that keeps falling apart. The staff was limited to one person who was very polite and tried to solve whatever he could, even managed to get me a mate, so I have nothing negative to say about Martin. The premises, however, leave a lot to be desired. I hope the high‑season summer is better and drier, but I can't confirm.
