The hotel offered free airport shuttle service, which was very comfortable; after booking, a concierge was assigned to help with check‑in, and this time we were grateful for Xiao Lan’s assistance, who was very enthusiastic and even gave us mooncakes, and later helped with receipts—overall very satisfied. However, the gentleman handling check‑in had a stern expression; Xiao Lan had already arranged the room but this staff member clearly wasn’t in the loop, and I never saw him smile during the entire stay. The hotel is next to a hospital and a bit far from the metro, so taking a taxi is more convenient.
