“Very good”
I appreciated how clean the rooms were, and the staff were excellent.

The staff were always pleasant, the rooms were large, comfortable and clean, and the location is ideal. There was nothing to dislike.

Double Tree did not mesh. We had reservation confirmed by both, but no actual reservation when my wife arrived. She had to wait several hours for me to be available and work on a resolution, which was totally unacceptable. The reservation did not work with … even though we were told it did.

The location was good, but the parking and the lobby area needed cleaning (dust, food, etc.).

The pool water was dirty, the room had no water, and the air conditioning was too loud.
