The location is great, the hotel’s appearance is nice, and the staff are friendly—Chef Erkan and everyone else are always helpful. However, the hotel was renovated two years ago and now some cabinets and nightstands are missing handles or are broken, with only fragments hanging on; the bathroom still lacks a lamp above the mirror and the cable is exposed in the wall—small issues that could be fixed quickly.

The atmosphere is very peaceful, the staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are tasty. The internet is slow.

Breakfast was good, but there was no teapot in the room.

This place could have been a great boutique hotel if the rooms were better organized. The pool was lovely and clean. We chose it because it’s easily accessible to the center. The wardrobes are cramped, plastic flowers hang on the walls, and there’s nowhere to store clothes; the bathroom is tight, with a coving hanging off the wall and a water bottle left there. The floors near the pool and restaurant were not cleaned, and we found three tortoises’ urine and feces on the floor. The mattress was smaller than the bed base and dirty. The cleaning staff were ineffective, and the sink and toilet were not cleaned, so we had to do it ourselves. I could list more, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. It could be a lovely boutique hotel if these issues were addressed, and we’d gladly pay more on our next visit to Kemer if the problems were fixed, especially since the location is perfect.
