The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, the people were caring, and the location was right in the center. We will definitely come back.

I was greeted by Sri, who was incredibly kind, caring, supportive, and accommodating; she went out of her way to help, and the room was spacious with a balcony offering a beautiful, calming view.

Everything was absolutely great. The location is excellent, with cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, and the Palace of Ubud is just a few minutes’ walk. Despite the closeness of the road, the hotel is very quiet. The room is large, beautiful, and has an excellent bed. The pastel linens and towels are high quality. The breakfasts are excellent, and we were satisfied until the evening. The hotel staff are always in touch and ready to help with anything. I definitely recommend staying here. No complaints.
