I liked it a lot, it was very close to the beach of Huanchaco. The room I was given was great, very pleasant. The breakfast was to my liking, as was the friendliness of the staff, super top!!

The location is great, but the room feels cramped and the numbering system is confusing; the smart lock with a key code is hard to open.
The service from start to finish was excellent.

The space and décor were attractive though a bit dark, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of storage, the little sitting area was nice and the room turned out larger than I expected; however, after only a year in operation the bathroom screen was misaligned, the entry‑way mirror was broken and its LED light didn’t work, a bathroom bulb was out leaving the room dim despite notifying staff four times without any fix, there was no water pressure in the shower and kitchen tap while the other two taps worked fine and the staff blamed a holiday‑related low street pressure, which didn’t make sense, the breakfast was overly simple with low‑quality items, the jacuzzi‑style pool was ice‑cold and unusable and the saunas were out of order, making it a shame that such a pretty hotel is suffering from poor maintenance.
