Spotless, spotless, spotless! Parking was great. The kitchen setup was solid, and the staff were fantastic—she was new but handled everything like a pro! The only downside was the dumpsters were full, but it was Sunday night, so I guess it was busy, which is a good sign.

The kitchenette, the huge fridge, and the fact that it was a smoking room were positives. However, the kitchenette had no cooking utensils—no pot, pan, spoon, or fork. The elevator kept breaking down, forcing me to walk up to the 4th floor with laundry and groceries for at least three days of my stay.

The staffer was great.

There was no breakfast, and when we arrived we found multiple blood puddles on the floor before we could even get through the doors.

The room had a lingering smoke smell, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and I heard loud banging above and beside me for an hour at 130am.
