The surroundings were lovely and the room spacious; the employees were exceptionally courteous and eager to help, and the price‑to‑room ratio was very good, making the masseria quite iconic overall. However, the furniture looked quite dated, breakfast was only average, and apart from two people, nobody spoke English.
The pool was nice and the staff were helpful, but the road to the facility was in bad shape.

The pool area was lovely and you could order snacks and drinks right there, which gave a real holiday vibe, and the rooms were big, spacious and, to our surprise, even had a washing machine – a nice surprise after two weeks of traveling around Italy with another two weeks still ahead. The only downside was that the pool was empty and my son wasn’t allowed to toss a ball with his Italian friend into the water.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the in‑room equipment felt outdated and the path to the accommodation was poorly maintained.
The estate has huge potential, looks beautiful from the outside and especially at night, the pool is fantastic and the snack service by the pool keeps you relaxed and worry‑free; breakfast was plentiful and varied, kudos to the two guys running it and to the rest of the staff for being kind, polite and very helpful. The room, though spacious, was not to our liking mainly because of cleanliness and lack of maintenance – outlets needed fixing outside their small compartments, which is a bit risky with children, the bathroom absolutely needs a makeover and has unpleasant pipe odors, and I would recommend an insect control plan because it was impossible to eat in the breakfast area without being disturbed by insects.
