We hope the hotel can improve its tracking and communication about these charges to avoid similar situations for future guests. Additionally, the hotel requires a key card to access each floor, which can be inconvenient for families or groups traveling together; if family members stay on different floors, it becomes challenging to visit each other’s rooms without a key card.
