The building looked good and the staff were friendly, but the loft was sweltering, humid, and had a moldy smell. When I tried to pay for the extra parking spot I had booked, the staff attempted to double‑charge me, so avoid paying extra for parking or you’ll end up arguing with them for 30 minutes over a payment you already made. I ended up paying for a second spot that I never used. My wife left an important makeup mirror behind, and the host never responded, so it seems someone is keeping it. Overall, it was nice, but the service and conditions could have been better.

The cleaning was good, the location convenient, and the breakfast staff were very kind and helpful, but there was no balcony or terrace.

The space was large and had plenty of games, but it was very damp; I recommend adding an air conditioner in the kitchen area and a smaller bedroom.

The place was clean, the staff courteous, and there were games for everyone, but the bathroom is inside the room without a ventilation fan and the shower is small.

The location was great and the spot was beautiful, but the entire area was dirty, including the bed sheets.
