The location was fine, but the cleanliness was tragic, there was no hot water in the shower, communication with staff was difficult, there was no elevator, and the air conditioning seemed doubtful. I didn't feel safe, a cat kept meowing nonstop by the door, windows had no glass so the pool noise was loud.

I thought the hotel was really nice.

I liked the location near the train station and Plaza Alun Alun, and everything went well.

The room was spacious and well equipped with a decent bathroom, free water bottles, and a huge, comfy bed; the pool was nice for a quick dip (though the water was cold), the neighborhood was quiet with no outside noise, and it was close to the train station, but the floor was filthy with a lot of hair everywhere!

We had an issue during our stay, but they resolved it efficiently, and everything else was fine.
