I liked that the checkout time was 11:00, a bit later than usual. No complaints.

Being right in front of the station meant izakayas and a convenience store were nearby, and the staff were polite and helpful, which was great. It would have been better if the fridge also had a freezer so we could chill ice packs, and the lack of ice was disappointing.

I liked being able to sip coffee in the lounge and thought the breakfast was excellent, but I wish the bathroom and toilet had been combined.

The location was handy, the bath salts and all the toiletries were fully stocked, the free‑drink bar offered a wide selection that was always available, and they even kept my luggage after checkout; however, following Google’s directions took me on a long detour and there was no table in the room for me to eat.
