“Konstruktive Kritik”
The location was excellent and Stefano was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our arrival. He immediately gave us comprehensive information about practical matters such as parking and access. His staff also greeted us warmly. The room impressed with its generous layout and the air‑conditioner worked flawlessly. However, there were some shortcomings in the room’s equipment: the power outlets next to the bed were temporarily installed, the left curtain holder was damaged, and the coat hook was not firmly attached – this issue has already appeared in older reviews and would be easy to fix. These details diminish the overall impression of a room in this price range. In the bathroom, the shower area had functional problems: the water pressure was noticeably weak, so the large shower head only delivered water from the middle nozzles. The shower bar was dirty and had limescale deposits. The toilet brush holder was filled with water, even though it should be emptied regularly. The bathroom mirror was starting to oxidize around the edges. Breakfast offered a limited selection despite being lovingly prepared; a coffee machine with continuously hot coffee and warm milk, plus rolls, would enhance the offering. The breakfast chairs were uncomfortable. Because the space also serves as an office, the desk could be covered with a tablecloth or moved to a less visible corner to give the room more quiet. The spa and sauna options were attractive, but the extra fees (sauna & whirlpool: 40€, massages: 35–60€) felt relatively high for a room already booked. More transparency would help, especially since the whirlpool is listed as free on Booking but actually costs extra.
