The only redeeming factor was the location. It was terrible for the price. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was no hot water for a shower, the elevator stopped randomly, the front‑desk staff were indifferent and didn’t offer an apology, the mattress was horrible—very thin and uncomfortable. It was very expensive for how bad it was.

The room was clean and had enough linens. The bathroom was clean and the supplies were adequate. The reception staff were professional and helpful. The decorative sheets and curtains were dirty, there was no breakfast option, and the lobby was very modest.

The location is good, but this is definitely not a 3‑star hotel. It probably can’t earn a single star. The room is small, outdated, and the hotel overall is mediocre. Breakfast isn’t offered, and it gives the vibe of a cheap guesthouse.

The hotel’s proximity to the station is convenient, yet one night I got into a rough exchange with a receptionist after a friend who wasn’t staying there left his backpack in my room and came back to pick it up after we’d left. The receptionist wouldn’t let us out, threatened to call the police, and seemed furious as if we’d done something serious. I apologized and admitted I hadn’t informed him that my friend would be collecting the bag; I didn’t realize it was required. Still, the situation could have been handled with a simple reminder instead of turning into a confrontation. The other three receptionists I met were fine.
